Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or a written agreement signed by Fathers For Equal Rights.
Membership and services are for support, education, guidance, consultation services, paperwork services, document preparation support, organizational support, and related member-service payments.
No legal representation is created by using this portal, submitting an application, making a payment, attending a consultation, sending a document, sending a text message, sending an email, or visiting the office. No attorney-client relationship is created unless a licensed attorney separately agrees to represent you under a written agreement or applicable professional rules.
